About the event
Whatever your age or fitness level, join us for a fun and fitness-focused event led by a Certified Fitness Trainer.
Come ready to move, have fun and walk away with simple and sustainable exercises you can do regularly with no required equipment.
You can bring exercise mats and water bottles, but water and healthy snacks will be provided.
Guests are welcome but attendees need to be at least 19 years old.
